From formwork and steel fixing to concrete pours and finishing, our experienced team handles it all—no matter the project size. We’re growing fast and are looking for a skilled Concreter to join our team immediately.

The Role:

Attend daily pre-starts and toolbox talks

Assist with day-to-day site operations
-
Mix, pour, screed, edge and finish concrete
-
Use specialist concrete tools (trowels, floats, vibrators, etc.)
-
Strip and remove formwork
-
Assist with steel reinforcement
-
General site housekeeping and tool maintenance
-
Use hand and power tools as required (training provided)
-
Follow direction from Leading Hand and Site Manager

Perform all tasks safely and in line with Karak’s policies and safety procedures

To be successful, you’ll need:

Construction White Card
-
Minimum 3 years’ concreting experience

Physically fit and confident with manual tasks

Full Australian working rights
-
A positive attitude, team mindset and strong work ethic

Good communication and reliability
