The Role:

Support site operations and maintain safety zones

Read and interpret blueprints and site plans

Order materials and fabricate formwork components

Erect, construct, and strip formwork

Assist with concrete pours and finishing
-
Build and maintain frameworks for both residential and industrial works

Adhere to site safety and quality standards; assist the Site Manager as required

To be successful, you’ll need:
-
A relevant trade qualification plus 1 year of full-time formwork experience
or
At least 3 years full-time experience in formwork carpentry -
Experience in commercial and/or civil construction

​Proficiency with Peri formwork and Skydeck (preferred, not mandatory)

Ability to read and interpret plans

Physical capability to perform manual labour
